There is, but I can't make it cause of my English class T^T my class starts at 12:45 and end at 2:50 so yeah basically during the meeting...LOL

Dana/Josh could you please post the information about the meeting times for the "club rush prep". Is it going to be friday/monday or monday/tuesday? And what times?

I'm not sure I can make it friday, but I'm going to do my best.
I'd say Monday, but I need Josh to make a reservation since he'll be there before me. About 3-5:30? We don't mind if you're walking in and out, but I'll try and purchase a posterboard and get some supplies.
I'd also think it's a good idea to make some small cards with our forum address on it. Photoshoppers, this is your calling! ><
All I want on it is maybe some cute, subtle anime picture in the back, with "Kaizoku Anime Club Forum" and the url to our forum on it.
I'll be making an email/contacts list, so we can reach any new club members.
Anyone who has any art they'd like to display, I request that you PLEEEEEASE put it in a page protector, or something that will keep it safe, where it can still be shown. Since people are probably going to have food around, we don't want anything getting ruined.
Josh, you think you can make the reservation for the room on monday, since you'll be the one opening it? I can close it, if you need it.

i can't make it to the meeting at those times since i have a class on monday during that hour, is there anyway we can start it earlier like 12:30-ish like how we usually do it?
also, i'll buy the 3 sided poster!

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it to school today. I've been feeling sick lately, and it really hit me today.
I have tomorrow to rest, so I'll be fine by monday.
Josh, I need you to try to make the reservation for the library, if it's open, unless you just want us to commune in the lounge.

BIG IMPORTANT NEWS: I went to the library today to get a reservation, but it was closed completely due to construction, a sign on the front door also said that it would be closed on Sunday too. Sorry guys for being so stupid, but I guess we now have to do all of this in the student center. ;_;

Just FYI, you guys could always use the workroom next to the student center. One of the privileges of being a club here at ASSOCC.
