Well, good thing I never typed up an introduction on the last forum. Now I don't have to retype it. Anyway, this is my third semester at OCC and probably my last because everyone else seems to be leaving after this semester. I don't wanna seem uncool or anything...
I kinda had a crappy social life up until high school, when I became prom king. These days, I'm a pretty light-hearted person, and joke around a lot. Unfortunately, people sometimes have trouble telling whether I'm serious or not.
好きな物: Anime, videogames (more into older stuff like C64 and Sega Saturn), Europe, Asia, electronic music, Linux 嫌いな物: America, Chris Hansen, rock music, working
As for the type of anime I'm into, I prefer the more comical and light-hearted stuff. Some of my favorites are Steel Angel Kurumi, Azumanga Daioh, Sailor Moon, Onegai Teacher (and Twins), and Lucky Star. I don't have too many anime DVDs, but I have a lot of manga (especially thanks to Joyce, who gave me a boxful of Japanese ones!) I have finished taking Japanese 185 and am currently studying Japanese on my own since 280 isn't being held this semester. I am also studying German and am currently taking 185 at the moment.
I guess I'll stop here before I end up typing my life story.

Hi!
I don't think I've seen you yet this semester! Well, I'm not sure...a lot of times I miss what's going on, so if I missed you, sorry!

Prom King huh? That's awesome! I've never been to prom so I dunno about that.
Well, my social life wasn't so good as well. You know me well... I break down at random times, I mean who can deal with such thing...>.>
Well I hope to see you soon~~~ oh yeah! From now on, I'm gonna call you Bandit Kieth... *runs away* don't kill me~~~~ (wait I'm getting name confused, ur the one right one, right?? Otherwise, guess am confused^^)

Yeah, I haven't been able to show up to the meetings yet because I don't have school till 7pm. But now that I have my work schedule, I'll probably drive straight to school when I get off work (2:15pm).
I shouldn't really brag about being prom king, but what made it so great was that for once, it wasn't some ASB member or popular kid winning. Instead, it was ME!
ACK! I don't wanna be called Bandit Keith!! NOOOO!! But yeah, that was me. There's a lot of irony in that costume. I'm actually the complete opposite of Bandit Keith: everything I say has something to do with america being a lousy country. Needless to say, my friends lol'd hard when they saw me dressed up like that.

Oh phew...what a relief!
To be honest, I'm not really sure what I'm doing. I'm hoping to get a bunch of scholarships and financial aid this semester so I can study overseas somewhere. I just found it funny that everyone transfers to a uni after their second year in community college.
Now as far as it being possible to study abroad for a couple years: well, if my neighbor 3 houses down from me can do it, so can I!

Studying abroad would be cool....
The reason most people transfer to Uni after two years of community college is...well, that's about how long it takes to get all the necessary credits. You save a ton of money by doing them here as opposed to whatever university you actually wanted to go to.

I want something new.

I would love to study in Europe as well! But...I've already been there twice. Next time I go out of the country, I'll probably go to Asia.
Sigh...and I thought community college was expensive...
私も。 I think the best way to do it is to find scholarships and financial aid. I'm not sure how much it costs for a study abroad program at a uni, but it may be a longer and more productive alternative to a vacation.
