Our first meeting is on Wednesday, January 30th in the Student Center @ 12:30PM
Does anyone think that they'd be able to attend a meeting during the first week of school? I know everyone's trying to settle their classes, and I don't know if it'll be too much for everyone to handle.
Just so everyone knows, if we're not having one the first week, we'll probably have one the second week, most likely in the student center.
If anyone knows any possible advisors (teachers) for our club, please let me know.
It's just a reaquaintance meeting, and we can let you know about some of the events that will be taking place during the semester.
So, what I need YOU to do, is:
1) Let me know if you'd like to have a meeting the FIRST or SECOND week of school.
2) And what day of the week is best for you. (We're probably looking around lunchtime, or shortly after.)
Okay? I really appreciate the feedback! Thanks, guys!

Thanks, Steven, we appreciate the help. ^^
I think we can handle it, I'll try and set something up for the first week of school, since no one has given me feedback.
We're mainly going to be discussing events, ideas, and have a little bit of an open get together.
I'd say Wednesday might be best.

Just about to say, the sooner the better, since if I know everybody, no one will be too busy even on the first week of school to get together. xD

In my opinion Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday(on thursday i get out of class at 12:35PM) are the best days, Friday is good too but i dont think anyone wanted to have club on Friday. The first week would be a good time to start the club.

Just do what tastes right, I'd say Monday, but if anything else is good for the plebs, it's fine with me.

I'd like to say Wednesday, at noon/12:30ish? I'll be getting out of class shortly after 12:30, but then I have to leave for class again around 2:30, but we can all eat lunch and talk about stuff in the student center.
It's just a recap meeting, so everyone can get together now that break's over, and the captains can let everyone else know what our plans are for the semester, and let them tell us what they expect for the semester.
So, I'm going to put it tentative on the calendar.
This Wednesday, at noon, we'll meet in the student center for our first meeting. We'll either be in the lounge, or at one of the tables, if the lounge is closed.

Sounds good to me. My class also gets out around 12:30-ish that day.

Just a note: You guys might also want to talk about ideas of when officials meeting dates will be held.

Dana could you update the first post of this thread to make it easier for new readers to know what the time is it going to be. i.e. This Wednesday, at noon, we'll meet in the student center for our first meeting. We'll either be in the lounge, or at one of the tables, if the lounge is closed.

Hey Dana. How long will the meeting will last? By the way, I probably can't stay longer because I have class MW starting 12:45 until 5:30. Maybe you can send me the updates? Or you can post the discussion on the forum for anyone who miss the meeting. Thanks
