Anyone ever read that series?

I thought it was awfully cute. I'm not really into the vampire-genre ones, but my boyfriend got me into this one.

It's about a girl, Karin Maaka, who lives with a family of vampires. But she has a special condition, she can't suck blood.

Instead, it's the reverse, where she creates too much blood, and has to exert it by putting her blood into people.

I like the idea that all vampires have a taste in blood dependent on their personality.

Like her mother, Calera, likes the blood of liars, and when it's sucked from them, it makes them more honest.

Karin has a taste for misfortune, as anyone she puts blood into will be instantly happy.

Of course, it always wears off, and with it being a shoujo manga, there's a lot of klutzy love going on!

I absolutely love it! I can't wait for the next book to come out! I just bought the seventh, and I'm waiting on the eighth!

I've only got the first three volumes I think....but yea, I like that one a lot. It's so cute!
