For those intending to officiate the club, I might need a little information from you. First off, I'd like all of you to put your info under the subforum, as well as in the Roster under Introductions. It seems only the presidents have paperwork, but for anyone officiating the club, you should read the PDF of the club handbook, found here. www.orangecoastcollege.edu/student_services/associated_students/clubs/Club+Handbook.htmThis is the old club handbook, and they said that the new one won't be available until the semester starts, but it will be very similar. NOTE FOR JOSH/ALANSO/JAIME: When we're ready to re-register our club, we have to take our paperwork to the Administration offices, and get it approved, then they'll let us look for a time slot and club supervisor. I've already picked up the paperwork, we're just waiting on the handbook. If word hasn't gotten around, club officials are meeting on Friday, at Josh's.

Perhaps we could do this at the student center, friday? We'll have the office right next to us just in case we need to ask certain questions. How about it?

That's fine, and Alanso had suggested the starbucks our group had met at. It's a bit farther, but the 55 bus goes straight there. It's the one on 19th street, across from staples. Ask Alanso for directions, it's right past Newport Blvd. Either one is fine for me.
I might be a bit late, it depends how early or late I get out of my doctor's appointment, and if I get the car or not.

Kay, due to my busy schedule, Josh has agreed to meet with me on Thursday at the Student Center, around 1PM. Anyone who'd like to watch or take part in the officer's meeting, you can come meet us in or out front of the student center.

I've recently found the calendar, by using the top bar. Now isn't that convenient?
I'd like to keep all meetings and events there, as a reminder. Yay. ><

Btw, the meeting probably won't be at the Student Center, right? I don't know myself, but the Starbucks at OCC was suggested too, huh? Someone get me informed, STAT.

Hey, Steven? Do you know if we have any power supply during the club rush? And, how do we arrange where our table is?

In the past club rush there wasn't any power supplied to us. It was Coast Days that we could request for power. Check the ASSOCC is they changed it this time around.

Then it looks like we'll have to have multiple computers that can sustain an amount of time. I know my battery lasts about two hours, I could leave mine up, then when my battery runs out, someone switches with me. Could do it in rotations, if we want. Unless we're REALLY close to the student center, or somewhere else I could borrow an outlet from, my extension cord won't reach, unless we have multiple cords.

Or we could bring the speakers, and attach it to an iPod or mp3 player, if anyone has battery-powered speakers.
